Key Responsibilities
Administration & Office Management
- Manage and oversee daily church office operations, ensuring organized and effective administrative systems and processes.
- Serve as a primary administrative support resource for staff, volunteers, congregation members, and ministry leadership, including coordinating calendars, meetings, and communication needs.
- Maintain and improve church databases, registrations, groups, check-ins, and administrative workflows to increase efficiency, clarity, and accountability.
- Lead and oversee all church communications across digital, print, and verbal platforms, ensuring messaging is clear, accurate, timely, and engaging.
- Develop and implement cohesive communication strategies that support church vision, ministry initiatives, and community engagement.
- Manage and improve communication systems, content, and marketing efforts, including website, email, social media, print materials, and annual communication planning.
- Partner with ministry leaders to support events and initiatives through effective communication and logistical coordination
- Ensure commitments made to the congregation regarding communications and materials are executed consistently
- Support alignment and coordination across ministries through clear internal communication

Skills & Experience
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable in a deadline-driven environment, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with digital platforms, social media, email tools, and basic web content management
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities across administrative and communication responsibilities
- Experience in administration, office management, communications, marketing, or content evaluation
Education
