Loving people is hard work. Oftentimes in the struggle for personal survival and success, loving other people feels like an inconvenience. It’s easy to settle for good intentions and best wishes, rather than put someone else’s needs ahead of our own. 

But to love others doesn’t mean simply to toss positive emotions toward someone else.
