When Trust Fails

Who can you trust? Looking at social media or listening to politicians, it can feel like everyone’s only out for themselves. And if other people can’t be trusted to honor their commitments or do what’s in your best interest, it’s tempting to play by the same rules ourselves.

But what a world collapsing under the weight of our collective distrust needs are people whose “yes” means “yes” and “no” means “no.”
